Policies at G Mirka Luxury Skin Care

Thank you for choosing G Mirka Luxury Skin Care LLC, located at 735 Post Rd E, Westport, CT, 06880-5238, United States. Our goal is to provide you with a high-end experience and exceptional service. We ask every client to read and understand our policies before receiving any treatments.

Initial Visit

If this is your first visit with us, please ensure that you fill out all intake forms sent to you via SMS or email prior to your visit. You will also receive procedure-specific consent forms via SMS or email, which must be signed in advance. To avoid wait times, complete all forms at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. We kindly request a valid government-issued ID upon arrival for identity verification.

All new clients are required to provide a credit card when booking to secure their appointment. A $50 fee will be charged in case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours.

Client Responsibilities

Payment is required before or at the time of service. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover
  • Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp

Gratuities are optional but always appreciated.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at our discretion. We value every client’s time.

Cancelations / Rescheduling Policy

To respect our team’s time and schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For groups of two or more, 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charged to your card on file.

Clients will receive a confirmation message via SMS and email 48 hours prior to their appointment. Not replying or confirming may result in cancellation of the appointment. By confirming, you acknowledge the no-show/late cancellation policy.

Service Changes

Changing your service at the time of appointment may not always be possible. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you'd like to switch treatments.

Product Return Policy

  • Unopened skincare products may be returned within 15 days for store credit.
  • No cash refunds on products.

Gift Certificates

  • Certificates/vouchers are stored on file and remain valid.
  • Missed appointments without proper notice will void the certificate.

Age Policy

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent.
  • For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask clients to come without children when possible.

Let us know about any medical conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns before booking.

Personal Information

We collect client information (DOB, address, email, etc.) to ensure safe and personalized care, and to notify you about promos, events, and gifts. IDs may be requested to prevent fraud. Your data is stored securely.
